Pros
Pay and benefits are ok, they do offer quite a bit of PTO, co-workers can be really good to work with, if your account is actually well staffed then it can be okay most of the time, constructive feedback
Cons
High turn over and spiked call volumes will leave you feeling drained, can't seem to keep accounts fully staffed to save their company's bottom line, more employees leave than they hire in, job can feel extremely stagnant and repetitive on a good day, and while there are "advancement" opportunities they seem to plateau and can even feel lateral despite the pay raise, and they do not seem to consider any feedback the employees give even when it's stuff necessary just to to the job
