They have NO sick leave. You get 16 days of paid time off, but must request to use it 14 days in advance. If you get sick, you can use some of your time off with pay; but it will be an unexcused absence (unless you apply for, and get approved for, some sort of leave). After 3 unexcused absences in a rolling twelve-month period, you are subject to discipline (same holds true for more than 4 tardies).
Training is virtually non-existent.
Have not had a pay increase since starting on July 27, 2016. Nor have I had any type of review.
If you critique any of their processes, you are "unprofessional" and may be disciplined.
Guidance from Level 2 members is inconsistent and contradictory.
Morale on the team has been destroyed.
The saddest thing about Pomeroy is that it was not like this when I first started with them. But a change in management has brought changes (and NOT the good kind)
