Some of the regions and divisions within Pomeroy are well-run. Most people are pleasant to deal with.

Cons

Overall the sales organization has been going through a lot of change, is lacking direction and is unfocused. Benefits are poor and there is no 401k match.

Pros

Very relaxed and casual environment. Very well developed processes, protocols, and knowledge base. Employee of the month system is a great way to acknowledge and honor positive achievements.

Cons

There is very minimal monetary rewards for consistent good work. The usage of profanities by employees is too common and too much accepted by management.

Good place to start, coworkers\supervisors at this customer site are excellent.

Cons

You will never make more than entry level pay as a tech. Been with the company 7 years, never got a raise > 2.5%, which usually doesn't even cover healthcare increases. Constantly hear "We wouldn't be here without you guys." from upper management, but they sure as hell don't show it.
