- Experience and Degree requirements are minimal. - My particular manager doesn't micromanage. - Pay is below average, but not much below. If you're jobless its at least comparable - Healthcare plan exists

Cons

- Don't expect your starting salary to adjust - 401K rarely matches - What's a bonus?

I don't know if there were any pros, other than I never met anyone from the organization face to face. Was able to pretty much do whatever I wanted, without supervision. But I also was paid crap and not repected as an employee.

Cons

Where to start, underpaid and under-appreciated. Worked full time for them as a contractor for another company. They tried to bill the company I was contracted to an abundant amount of overtime after my departure. Scam right there.
