Our consumers and their treatment are of the utmost importance to us so we are disappointed to learn of your perspective. Additionally, our employees are very important to us as well. Should any employee be dissatisfied with their supervisor, we have always encouraged them to utilize their program director and upper management to assist with conflict resolution. We do our best to stay competitive with compensation in the field, and in fact, we administered exceptional raises in 2021 for Intensive Behavioral Health Services staff. We also do our best to provide resources and therapeutic activities for our IBHS staff to use for sessions, which are located in each county office.
