We introduced Without Worry (WOW) Time to help offset the impact of consumer related cancellations for full-time BHT's, ensuring they would still be compensated for some of the lost service time. We hope you have been able to take advantage of this additional benefit. We also encourage BHT's to address consumer attendance issues with their supervisors and lead clinicians so that caregivers can be reminded about expectations and treatment concerns in order to improve compliance.
