Pros

I enjoy doing laundry and now I have found the best company, Poplin to independently work. My Poplin experience has been great. When I started in May 2023 a few months ago I started as a starter badge and now I'm almost at the gold badge. I have moved up quite quickly and now I have several preferred customers. I'm growing my business with Poplin every day.

Cons

The only problem but not a huge problem is that communication is only through texting, chatting, and email. There's no phone number to call and talk to a person directly.

Pros

Your schedule is completely flexible and you manage your time yourself. The website is self explanatory and simple to use.

Cons

If your area doesn't really know about Poplin, you won't get much work at all. A huge con is if you have a regular customer requesting you but are tied up with a current customer, there's no way on the app to message them to let them know you're available at this time, would they be amenable to that. I've personally had ppl wanting to request me, but their zip code isn't in the Poplin system yet.

I love working for Poplin as a side gig! You work a little or a lot, as much as you’d like. This is so convenient with my full-time job for extra money … as long as you enjoy doing laundry and are good at it!

Cons

The pay per pound (.75$) could be higher. No minimum tip amount is required. Points based and customer rating system. And start up can be slow.
