I receive My first order today. Super excited about it because I actually enjoy washing clothes but I enjoy it even more when I’m getting paid for it. The order that I received was 17 min drive from my house going to and coming from. The laundry I received 30lb which is 2 laundry clear bags and 1 hand washed item that customer did not mention. 1 laundry load takes 36 mins to wash and 30-45 min to dry. I have to loads to wash which took me 2 hours total and mind you I have a hand washed item which took me 10 mins to had wash and plus it had under put stains to remove which took 5 mins settle in before hand wash. After that I have to fold clothes which take me 30 mins to 45 mins to fold clothes (Poplin Nest Style) Back in clear bag and write a cute note and drive it back.. just to make $23.00 never again. Company need to charge for travel fee and charge at least 2.00 a lb. Let the company have $1.00 and we take $ 1.0 + travel fee and tip… or let us charge our own prices for our work. .75 a lb in Raleigh, NC is not worth it. Do not work for this company until they change the prices for workers.
