Listen to the reviews. Low pay and the customer service is atrocious. They had me go to a customers home three times who was unresponsive and didn’t pay me for gas/ time. They will deduct your money and cancel your account at the blink of an eye. In theory it’s a good idea but just like other companies it’s setup for you to always make less.

Horrible, and I mean horrible treatment from Poplin. I worked there for two years, I have taken thousands of orders, and I have nothing but five star reviews. My tips are anywhere from $10-$50, and I built quite the rapport of people that absolutely love my work. Out of nowhere, Poplin turned off my app. Won't allow me to take new orders, and they have no explanation for this. I've reached out to them 16 times, and they refused to respond to me. Therefore, I am in the process of suing them in a court of law, and pressing charges. They took away my part-time income for no reason. and if you get a complaint, like literally one complaint out of 10,005 star reviews, Poplin will take their side, cut you off from the app, and won't tell you anything. This is highly illegal, and they will be paying the consequences for what they did. Do not work here! they're gonna pay for what they did tenfold.
