Pros

What makes Populus a great place to work is being able to have a voice. The thoughts and opinions of employees are encouraged to be shared and actions are taken off of those thoughts. In addition there are many resources available to employees that can help in our personal and professional development. An established culture that is driven by the employees to protect.

Cons

As a growing company we are still trying to figure things out and that takes everyone's involvement. Not everyone can thrive in an environment where "the way" is not already established and is still be created.

Pros

Friendly and young office environment, culture is unbeatable. Perks, benefits, and company swag are available to the whole company. Lots of room to advance or even ability to jump ships to other teams without repercussion. The people at the company listen to your needs and partners with you to find a point where both party can agree to.

Cons

Technology is not advanced enough Salary is not truly competitive to market value

Pros

-They value people and work with things that life throws at you and understand that family is "team one" -Work/life balance is also valued, but everyone works hard to get work done meaning it does come home some days depending on your role, but it is not required. -Awesome stress account that allows you to expense things like a gym membership, concert tickets, and a manicure now and then -The culture is very open and trust is valued highly -Great free book program that empowers continued learning -They encourage (and pay for) lunches with people from other teams to build trust and relationships in the company -Easy to talk to higher level people, there are few barriers to talking to anyone in the company for answers

Cons

-We are not currently able to work from home unless under specific circumstances; some roles this would be nice for at least one day a week -Structure of teams is not always the most efficient for each account, too much emphasis given to titles instead of roles
