      Pros

      The candid culture here is what drives open communication. Leadership truly cares about the development and growth of the workers. Work Life Balance is important here. It's a fun environment to work in, we don't take ourselves too seriously. We work hard/play hard.

      Pros

      I have nothing but good things to say about PG! I was mentored by Mangers, Account Managers, and Recruiters from the start which allowed me to exceed expectations. They truly invest in their employees and your mistakes are seen as opportunities to learn. I love that I was given the independence to work my way, as long as my methods were reasonable, and they produced results. Pros - People, Flexibility, Culture, Management, Recognition, Independence.
