Pros

- Amazing Family/Work Life Balance - The culture we preach is the culture we live - Its ok to Fail. We don't like to but there is always something to be learned. - The choice to create your own career path - The opportunity to have a voice

Cons

- Extensive interview process. We are really picky! - We work really hard (to play really hard of course) - You will have to get uncomfortable. We want everyone to grow.

Working at PG

Pros

Populus Group does a great job at promoting a work-life balance, which you don't see everywhere. Depending on your role, I also feel like there is a lot of autonomy and that you don't always have someone looking over your shoulder. PG is a company that doesn't see you as just another worker, but a member of their family. You definitely get out of it what you put in, if you work hard you will be treated well. I would say that if you consider yourself a very reserved person, you would not thrive here. The office environment is very unique but a great place to make good relationships and connections.

Cons

Some roles do not have as high of a salary as I personally think they should, medical and dental offerings could be stronger

Great Place to Grow

Pros

What makes Populus a great place to work is being able to have a voice. The thoughts and opinions of employees are encouraged to be shared and actions are taken off of those thoughts. In addition there are many resources available to employees that can help in our personal and professional development. An established culture that is driven by the employees to protect.

Cons

As a growing company we are still trying to figure things out and that takes everyone's involvement. Not everyone can thrive in an environment where "the way" is not already established and is still be created.
