      Amazing culture that embraces the authenticity that people bring from all backgrounds. Strong emphasis on self development. Open doors with leadership. Fast growing company committed to keep growing, which keeps the path of opportunity and challenges coming.

      Cons

      Fast growth means a lot of pressure to keep up. Not the place for someone who's looking for 'easy'.

      Populus Group is not a day care. People who do well are those who come in with an open mind and positive attitude servicing our clients.

      Pros

      It doesn't feel like work when you love what you do and love the people you work with. Populus Group is very selective in their hiring and predominantly hires for your character (who you are), not for competence (what you know). Once in the community, opportunities abound for those that create their own path and work towards their next opportunity. If you don't want to work hard, fail forward and control your destiny in your career, Populus Group is not the place for you.

      Cons

      Very open culture, where you are encouraged to be yourself and truly get to know your teammates. If you want and thrive in an environment where you put your head down, get your job done, and keep to yourself, you won't be happy at Populus Group. If you want to stay within your comfort zone, you won't be happy at Populus Group.
