      Great company culture, Opportunities for career advancement, Communication is open, Manager support, Benefits ( school reimbursement program, self development, gym membership discounts etc). New company open to new ideas. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Salary is low for the field but the experience is worth it.

      - An amazing company that truly values you and your work - They really want to get to know you, what you believe in, and what you want to accomplish - Benefits are great, there is a choice for everyone - Great perks as well - A real opportunity to grow into different roles, and also grow as an individual - I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

      My recruiter did a great job in finding me a contract position that worked out very well.

      There are often dry-spells where there are no job placements.
