      Pros

      i cannot think of any except for timely paycheck

      Cons

      Poor benefits Large commissions Zero attention to employees. Profit Margin is the only goal. Employees are struck with Benefits Health/ 401K that are worthless.

      Terrible benefits

      Pros

      The only reason I took this job is because it was a contract position at my dream company, doing amazing job duties.

      Cons

      - No 401K match - No PTO - No paid holidays (and the Friday before Memorial Day & Labor day is unpaid) - Very expensive health insurance. I paid $420 a month for just myself. I never have a co-pay… but still. Ridiculous price.
