      Fails to understand employee state requirements they have to support.

      Pros

      You get a 401k option from day one. Self funded, but at least no wait period.

      Cons

      They don’t understand or neglect to provide critical contractual information upon hiring a person for a job, which is critical for some employees that work in states with mandates that affect all employees working there.

      Worst immigration advisor

      They generate paystubs on time

      Cons

      If you are looking for work visa or H1b never opt these people. They have immigration advisor who don't have complete handon experience on immigration. They file your h1b case for the sake of filing it and in most cases it will be a reject or a denial. They never answer your phone calls and show zero interest on your case.
