      Culture to Die for

      Pros

      Amazing culture and not just saying it. We talk the talk and walk the walk! Rare and outstanding benefits (health, days off, etc), non micromanaged teams, easy going managers, an environment that really wants to get to know YOU. So much to rant and rave about! I love it here! Everyone has everyone elses best interests in mind (:

      Cons

      Working remote to different offices may cause you to work overtime and work from home, teams are moved around and are in the middle of being realigned, but will be better once set in stone.

      Pros

      Built a great friendship with multiple people, other offices are always willing to help out, learned a lot about the business

      Cons

      Where do I start? No work life balance, managers who do not care about your well being, quick to keep dumping work on you when you’re expressing you can’t handle it, managers who do not know what they are doing at all, no trust, expected to work long hours, always have to find your own coverage even when sick, managers who will text you on your days off - honestly wouldn’t recommend working here, Specifically in this office - they preach feedback, but don’t take it well or they don’t fix anything. This company and culture are great is every other office but this one.

      "Candid" & "Care about People"

      Pros

      Those at the bottom live and breath the company's culture. Flexibility and ability to work from home. Some cool benefits.

      Cons

      Preaches trust and candid conversations but don't believe it from the top down. Very low pay and hard to get a real raise. Says people are #1 but truly they only value the bottom dollar. People over worked and under appreciated. 'Leadership' and 'managers' doesn't listen and does its own thing. No real support in roles. Too many low performers & management puts most of their time into them.
