Pros

Great experience for those fresh out of college who are looking to gain work experience Good perks for those with families Opportunity to work from home

Cons

Be ready to work long and hard hours Technology is outdated and clunky Even with work from home options, work-life balance is hard to achieve Little opportunity to grow Clients happiness is more important than employees well-being High turn-over rate due to lack of growth and morale

Pros

Company culture is practiced regularly. Biggest PRO's are personal and professional growth and development, the opportunities for advancement, our candid culture and open lines of communication, and work/life balance. The company across the board is very tight knit, and our leadership team cares about the development of the internal employees. We are having a lot of growth within the company, and departments are continuing to get larger. There is a LOT of trust & transparency within the organization which is a huge plus. This isn't a corporate hierarchy where titles matter. Everyone is a leader and has a voice that is valued. Forget the days of just doing something because your Manager told you to - even if you didn't agree with it. PG is changing the dynamics of a workforce in the best way.

Cons

None to think of!

Pros

PG provided me with a great foundation for a career in staffing. There is a tremendous opportunity to learn about technology industry, software development, and key players. The leadership team was approachable and provided "real world" solutions for internal and external communications. I personally worked for one of the best managers in my career. PG provided me with the ability to have better conversations with my peers and clients.

Cons

Salaries and commission structures vary in markets in high demand. Creates turn over for recruiting in technology hubs. Often times, recruiting efforts were reallocated with little input from the recruiting team. At times employees were called out to make an example, and it was shared over all company meetings as a learning experience.
