Pros
Great place to gain experience. Come ready to play a game made up by the employees that have been there since it was just a few people. These climbers are safe in the game and are not held accountable. They have been promoted to high positions because of rapid growth. This job looks good on your resume so get it and move on. The more PG jargon you can use and more you suck up and make jokes the better off you will be. Just suck up to anyone that has been there over 3 years and you are good to go if they like you. Talent does not matter only how well you play the game.
Cons
The fake goals and fake people. Everyone already knows who is getting promoted and who won't. They use promotions as a way to get others to do the work. The people who have been there too long have created a ton of problems and they just blame that on whoever is on the account at the time. If you see a PIP start looking for a new job.
