Hard to say, I’ve been removed for some time. Like most smaller companies there are some organizational aspects that could have been more efficient and at times the culture would move towards the feeling of cult. BUT, at the end of the day for a majority of the PG population this is a fantastic stepping stone that really prepares you for future endeavors.

They tend to delay the process so you need to push them a little bit.
