      Could be worse, could be a lot better

      Pros

      If you are interested in HR and Payroll but have no experience this could be a good place to get your foot in the door as long as you know what you are getting into

      Cons

      They over work employees and take advantage of people with limited office experience not knowing their worth. Hard work will get you more work and nothing else. Payroll has a steep learning curve but is very high turnover so if you are there more than a year you will find yourself taking over more accounts for months at a time to compensate for people that left but you will not be compensated for the extra work

      Working from home Decent work/life balance Most of the people are good humans

      Cons

      Actually upholding the company culture- you can't actually speak your mind and be transparent Compensation- entire company is underpaid Management- if you cross one of the favored employees/managers, you have a target on your back and won't be able to grow as promised when you first started Turn over- so many people have been leaving over the last 6+ months that there aren't enough people to actually cover things properly. Be ready to work overtime.
