      No pros observed during short tenure.

      Big alert for H1B folks. I am in US since last 12 years, never got an RFE or denial. Joined Populus 5 months back and started project on receipt notice since premium processing was frozen. My transfer got denied due to immigration team’s flaws and unfortunately have to leave country. Few of the worst things observed 1. Immigration team is incompetent 2. Less or no response to emails and calls 3. They work for other vendors like TEKSystems. Don’t have any coordination between them, that makes employee suffer get important information. 4. No work ethics and professionalism

      Pros

      Love the culture, people, work, and unique benefits. Would recommend to a friend.

      Cons

      Struggling to scale. PG has outgrown the graces of small-business, great big family type business. Many teams severely understaffed. Leadership is out of touch, but great people - I'm confident they will course correct and get the company back on track.

      - Very supportive staffs - Knowledgeable and Self-motivated recruiting team - Positive Work Culture and always available to answer questions - Great support for foreign talents like me - Rapid growth - You could always feel their genuine love for what they were doing and the company

      Cons

      Health insurance, but Populus do contribute a good portion
