Pros
Populus Group has been extremely transparent and supportive throughout my tenure with them over the past year. My first contract recently came to an end last Friday and I had another position secured by as early as Tuesday the next week. Populus Group and TEKsystems worked as a cohesive team to ensure as minimal of a gap as possible in my employment. I am grateful as being someone on an H1-B visa it can be very stressful being out of a job and having limited time to find something before going out of status. Not only were they able to seamlessly line up another contract, but I will also receive full pay and benefits during the 2 weeks I am waiting to join my new project. Based on my positive experience I would highly recommend working with Populus Group if you are looking for an employer who not only understands the urgency, but also regulations involved with employing IT consultants who require visa sponsorship.
Cons
health insurance plans can be better. Current plans are either too costly or low cost plans doesn't suffice your normal medical needs.
