Pros

Great Variety of Products, Excellent quality, a great company to work for a few years to gain experience, and then go somewhere else where they respect and value their employees.

Cons

Extreme Micro Managing atmosphere, Single Minded Management, that only is concerned about numbers on a page, with a deaf ear to any feedback you may have as to what is happening with the markets and hurdles you may come across. No real meetings where you sit with management and as a team you come to productive supportive solutions to help you succeed.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Pros

It is a great company with great products. Benefits are good

Cons

Management is horrible. At a local level he will make your life impossible and treat you bad. Managers do not care about you as a person. They have a way to do staff and they will call you up if you do things differently and the way they work for you. I would not recommend this position to anyone. They give you an expense account and then question you for everything that you spend. Micromanagement at its best!!!

Pros

Amazing coworkers Decent PTO Good medical insurance (Cigna) Great location

Cons

Management overworks certain individuals and is out of touch with reality Favoritism (outside sales team is always favored over the inside sales team and customer service team) Customer service is pushed to do the sales team's job and are even encouraged to meet with clients (all while being underpaid) No career growth Commission structure is complicated and overall low (you only make commission on delivered orders - which can takes several months - AND you must meet 80% of your monthly budget) High sales budgets that are hard to meet - no empathy from upper management Low wages for the industry
