Pros

Just started recently but I have worked in this industry before. So far, the products are beautiful and practically sells itself. Almost a one stop shop for customers. Product knowledge is easy and you don't have to learn many different brands like working at a dealer. It's a great place to start and or if you have little experience in this field.

Cons

What I am noticing is lack of communication. Poor management. Lack of support. Hardly any stock in the US and many sales are lost. The structure of commission is backwards and you hardly get any. Speaking Spanish will get you so much further with management and upper ....but this is America and one should have to resort to that.

products are beautiful - great company image Management is extremely supportive Work dedication and initiative definitely pays off - good base salary, car company and commissions

Cons

Outside sales is not for everyone - it needs to be treated as owning your own company. Moments of low sales are not good but this is a job where you need to work thinking ahead to the following months or even year. If Spanish is not your native language there can be a bit of disconnection with upper management and headquarters but all factory company associates speak English and are extremely helpful - cultural difference can be a bit intimidating but if you reach out they will be there for you. As far as field job, this is a company that does not take you by the hand - you are given a brief overview training and off you go- if you are an independent type of worker then this is for you - if you are expecting everything to be taught this is not for you. Regular Product Trainings are provided
