Pros

There are nice people that work here. It is a well known and respected brand.

Cons

There is very little organization, training, team meetings. Jobs are randomly assigned to the customer service team. Samples and in-stock items are often hard to get. Little opportunity for advancement unless you are from Spain.

Nice product line , lots of options to offer. The factory is state of the art.

Cons

Major challenges, bad management, you must be Spanish to climb to top of the food chain. Incompetent Spanish management. Lack of training, the cons definitely outweigh the pros.

Well known Product Brand so you can get initial meetings easily. Huge product offering so you can focus on hot items to get you to budget.

Cons

Coming up with new excuses why your product is so expensive and why it needs to be special ordered. Overcoming the self important attitude that upper management has of itself. You can rock your numbers but if you fall off...bye bye. So it is always a "what have you done for me lately" hot seat you will ride.
