      Quality product / cutting edge design / product spot on for meeting consumer needs / management allows positive outcome from employee feedback ; monthly trainings for sales ;

      Cons

      Unorganized / non-cohesive training based on so many lines / commission structure combined with monthly budget goals can be unobtainable based in margin structure and not given statements of commission received which makes understanding commission based on sales impossible

      Decent money, good product, well known in the industry, exposure to different facets of the industry, potential to have a decent income

      Cons

      No clear path for growth, only vague "promises." Policies and procedures weren't clear and could change at a moment's notice. Catty, competitive, almost hostile atmosphere (especially amongst the women) that had nothing to do with work. The little girls received nothing more than a stern lecture (insert sarcasm).

      Pros

      Decent Pay, Fun company to work for, great products.

      Cons

      No room for growth, glass ceiling since all of upper management is made up of Spanish men. Commission rate is not great and only senior sales reps have the good accounts and bring in the biggest projects.
