Amazing line of products and showrooms. Nice co-workers. The time off accrual is good after 5 years. 401k is fully vested after 5 years.

Cons

Their business model is churn & burm with limited opporunities for growth. They do not favor longevity, and this is evident with the small annual cost of living increase, if you even receive that. If you stay longer than 1 year, they will pile on more work and not bump up your pay accordingly. The only way to earn more is to sell more, generating more commission pay. Commissions are often wrong or forgotten about, so you have to carefully keep track of how much you should be getting, then fight to get your correct commission pay. Commissions are paid after your sale gets delivered, which could be 6-12 months after you close the sale. There are 2 yearly sales where you work 6 day weeks, including the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving, which is mandatory. There is no paid maternity or paternity leave (only your State's disability payments for 3 months).
