-company is well known in the industry therefore it is easy to get in with designers - nice colleagues to work with - good health care + benefits

Cons

- company is moving backwards - big disconnect between the factory & the US - did not handle COVID-19 well with employees, employee well being was not #1, sales were #1 - company culture is not good, nothing is done to improve employee well being or teamwork

Can learn about design if interested, possible opportunity to travel to company's HQ in Spain.

Cons

Company care about sales/revenue above all else. Sales people are paid generously with base pay and commission while customer service is not. CS receives blame for sales people's mistakes. Company cares way more about their sales people than any other employees and it shows.
