      Product sells itself Great brand awareness exists Beautiful showroom / location Great clientele Popular industry Great location Brilliant founder (s)

      Cons

      Little or no leadership within the sales department. -Management mistakes the term " micro management " with " leadership ". -zero moral boosting. To lead a successful sales department, high moral is key to push reps onward and upward. Unfortunately, that does not exist here. The Construction industry has a long sales cycle, in yet...for some reason their quota is set up as a monthly target, when it should be quarterly. ( every three months ) - 90% of possible accounts are already taken by reps who are currently working there - It's more of an " account management " role, If your an actual sales person looking to cultivate cold / warm leads and turn them into sales ( what actual sales is ) this job is not for you.

      Amazing Product with some staff who are genuinely passionate about what they do and genuinely care about great service.

      Cons

      Antiquated computer system that is not fit for purpose. Policies and procedures that are set up to fail and upset customers. Management structure that whilst well intentioned leaves people in positions of responsibility who are not fit for purpose. Ever moving goalposts that leave you incredibly frustrated. Little or no incentive to beat targets. No training processes beyond monthly hour long sessions. A website that is a joke and massively confusing for the end user. Senior management who lack real class and will view you as a disposable commodity. Rapid staff turnover in sales roles even for a sales based environment.

      Pros

      It's very encouraging to sell and promote such unique and well made products and with new products always coming onto the market, it never gets boring. Another thing is that from working here for a awhile, you feel the benefits of working for a family owned company and receiving a lot of support and motivation.

      Cons

      As with any sales job, reaching budgets in the beginning could be stressful but you need to give a fair chance to build your database and results will happen.
