      It is ar eliable and well known company Allows you to have a stable job good They produce good products and have a good reputation

      Cons

      Not your company if you like to think by yourself They value loyalty and how many hours you spend in the office rather than how smart you are or how well you perform It is forbidden to think out of the box

      Decent money, good product, well known in the industry, exposure to different facets of the industry, potential to have a decent income

      Cons

      No clear path for growth, only vague "promises." Policies and procedures weren't clear and could change at a moment's notice. Catty, competitive, almost hostile atmosphere (especially amongst the women) that had nothing to do with work. The little girls received nothing more than a stern lecture (insert sarcasm).

      Pros

      Superior, high end product as far as the tile is concerned. Very thorough training, product knowledge is gained quickly.

      Cons

      The company is based in Spain, therefore there is an apparent lack of attention to the US market. Policy is not black and white when it comes to dealing with accounts. There is little to no opportunity for career growth or promotion.
