Salary was good at the time with commissions.

Cons

Hard work. Information was not shared you got to train yourself. Coworkers competition was a challenged specially coworker bringing friends from outside.

Well known Product Brand so you can get initial meetings easily. Huge product offering so you can focus on hot items to get you to budget.

Cons

Coming up with new excuses why your product is so expensive and why it needs to be special ordered. Overcoming the self important attitude that upper management has of itself. You can rock your numbers but if you fall off...bye bye. So it is always a "what have you done for me lately" hot seat you will ride.

Pros

-Product (Tile) is very high quality. -Good Pay -Payed vacation/personal time off.

Cons

-Cut-throat environment. - there is no "team". -Constant turnover - average stay of each employee is 6 months. -Monthly quota's (If monthly goals aren't met, you will be swiftly terminated, regardless of a big project due to ship out sometime in the late quarter.)
