- Flexible PTO for full-time staff - Remote work - Good benefits package - There are some great people holding up some people that are not so great

Cons

- Company values are preached at every opportunity but not upheld by upper management/C-level - Often flailing management tactics by corp leadership - Very top-heavy “team building” that does not reach anyone below leadership - Very few and low pay increases, and no bonuses to anyone not in senior leadership. - Denying COL raise requests on one side and then giving $100k+ annual cash bonuses to those in senior leadership making triple what others make.
