Horrible Pay, Impossible Grading System, Difficult Attendance Policy
Pros
Some people were nice but HR/Management were not out to help anyone but the company.
Cons
Pay was not a living wage despite needing to provide “Top Tier, White Glove Service”. I was told by a team lead who had been there for 5+ years that no one had ever gotten a 5 rating on their grading system, but a 5 was required to work from home. When hired was told it was a WFH position then after training was told it was based on performance. Attendance policy was impossible to meet and people were regularly fired for attendance reasons (being late by 5 min or less too many times, “unexcused” absences because they required a week notice for absences. Need a doctor’s appointment last minute? Your kid is sick? No exceptions, that’s an unexcused absence and you’re only allowed to have 4 of those in a 3 month period or you’re fired. Oh and tardies stacked on top of absences too). Stay far away from them if you want to be treated with any dignity.
