The company's outward communicated mission is easy want to support

House of cards - Toxic, manipulative and abusive work environment at the very best. Outwardly praises women and POC but internally abuses them. Only cares about wealthy senior aged women as a self serving means to their end. Zero upward mobility. Unfair compensation and work hours. Expect to work 7 days per week for 80+ hours, never allowed to truly take a day off (even for a funeral or wedding). Will be threatened by an NDA and PIIA as well. Takes the human element out of work.
