      Pros

      None. The concept of venture investing funds designed for women by (mostly) women is terrific but there are zero "pros" to being employed at Portfolia.

      Cons

      She will overwork you, is extremely unorganized, micro-manages everyone, does not abide by CA Labor Laws (only pays her employees 1x/month), does not offer healthcare benefits - or any benefits for that matter.
