Truly dedicated instructors providing quality education

Cons

Poor management that ignores issues such as accommodating disabilities and addressing harassment. PCC endlessly repeats buzzwords like "equity and inclusion" but doesn't live up to their own messaging

Some of the people are nice.

Cons

Staff who I supervised, I made less than even though they directly reported to me, I had a Masterʻs Degree, and multiple years more of experience. Iʻm not all about the money but this was just blatant disrespect. It is also a structurally racist institution.
