Pros

Coworkers are mostly all other students. It's a diverse workplace and everyone is supportive and nice. PCC overall is a good environment.

Cons

All of the Student Engagement management was white. They have terrible boundaries with their employees and each other. They were extremely disorganized - would often tell you something one moment and forget it the next. You're often held accountable for your entitled, forgetful boss' mistakes in this position.

I have been there awhile so I always get a class. The pay is ok but can't live off of it.

Cons

Not enough full time jobs so most classes are taught by part timers.
