Then students are wonderful. Working with them has made all the other crap worth it.

Cons

Administration undermines us continually. The Board are useless. The solidarity of the union is the only bright spot.

Pros

The advantages of working at PCC are in the students and people. People are friendly, often asking you how you're doing and showing interest in what you have to say. The employees are also incredibly friendly and professional, which makes working with a team fulfilling.

Cons

Unfortionaly, the people I worked with often didn't have a grasp on some of the more "User Based" problems. They were knowledgeable, but the program we used to manage the appointments for the tutoring center often faced problems that went unfixed. This made it awkward and confusing for the students.
