wide variety of positions, ability to change departments; good benefits; reasonable salaries for most positions. Working conditions are standard for office positions.

Cons

Politics are played. Many positions are filled by who you know, now what you know. Running afoul of the union can cause problems. Expansion and resources are decided for political benefit, not necessarily the benefit of students.

Supportive staff, and plenty of interesting students. Diverse classes available. Lots of equipment and administration seems always willing to purchase more.

Cons

Not enough floor space anywhere for the amount of people in the building. Administration can be a little forgetful. Needs more office space.
