Fair pay compared to industry. Great benefits for individual or family. Smart people with good experience. Good budget for training.

Cons

Lots of experienced personnel retiring with little or no overlap for knowledge transfer. Lack of processes and standards.

HR and executives are really working on having a more flexible work environment. It's a slow process and still not perfect but they are listening.

Cons

It really depends what department you're in but some departments lack good leadership all the way at the top executive level down to managers/supervisors. Department managers are often not aligned and can lead to a lot of rework or miscommunication.
