Pros
Lots of time off, good mid-level management. PGE puts a lot of effort into employees' health and work-life balance, and also into creating a positive culture. Pay is OK, training and development are robust. Lots of room to move up and around.
Cons
IT integration is a catastrophe. There's been a lot of investment in new IT infrastructure over the last couple of years, but the implementation was a disaster. There's no cohesive IT integration strategy and people at some very high levels have no understanding of database theory, design, and management. If you don't use a computer much, it probably won't affect you.
