Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you value the team and the important work we do together. We recognize the challenges that come with shifting priorities, especially given how dynamic the utility industry is. Through our focus on customer affordability, we're working toward greater enterprise alignment on the work that matters most. We truly appreciate the role you play in that effort. - Sequoia

Thank you for your candid feedback and the time you took to share your experience with us. We take your concerns seriously and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees, and your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve. We're glad you valued the location, amenities, and pay. We’re also sorry to hear there were areas where you felt unsupported. Hands-on training is something we work hard to provide. Concerns about ageism, misogyny, or any form of bias are taken very seriously and they don’t reflect the environment we’re committed to creating. We would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your concerns and any specific suggestions you might have. Please reach out to our HR department directly at 503-464-7250 if you would like to have a more in-depth conversation. You can also report your observations confidentially online to Ethics Point https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/7710/index.html at any time or by calling their hotline at 866-384-4277.
