Co-workers were good people. Dedicated and hard working.

Cons

1950's 'command and control' military management style. Information shared only on a need to know basis. No opportunity for innovation. No regard for rate-payers or environment. The only thing that counts is management's 'score card'.

1 - Team time is a great break from calls and you can relaxing time with your coworkers. 2 - Pay is good but only to keep you there

Cons

1 - They choose favorites and you can't climb the ladder higher unless you know upper management 2 - They promise they will look out for you and want you to succeed but it is only to make themselves look good as a supervisor
