      Open door policy with all senior management Care about all their employees Great vacation time that just got better Benefits A LOT of opportunities to move up in the company. Many jobs are filled from within the company first. Many management positions come with company vehicles Pay Yearly reviews so you know how you are doing! Helps to set goals for where you want to go within the company. Love how they THANK their employees all the time for work well done

      Like any job, I have had my days where I am tired but I wouldn't change anything about having my career with Portland Glass! I have worked here for decades! It's a family!
