      Pros

      Portland Glass has been successfully doing business for 75 years. If you want to work for a company that believes in doing the right thing - you will like PG. The leadership and store teams care about the customer, the team, the quality of work. Every employee is trusted to do the right thing and empowered to speak up. They treat every employee as an owner and ask that you think and act like an owner... that is awesome!

      If you do not want to work hard and do the right thing - you will not like Portland Glass...
