- great place for a long-term, secure position - strong unions in place that have helped, especially in times like COVID to stop full furloughs - great work/life balance - excellent health benefits for full-time employees

Cons

- limited opportunities for advancement - slow to change status quo in terms of expanding scope of work or projects/ taking on new initiatives
