      Pros

      Posit talks a big game when it comes their company culture, and they deliver. It's a very supportive environment with great people at the helm. They support a fantastic work/life balance, offer great benefits and really care about the growth of their employee's. At Posit everyone feels equal, which is a rare quality.

      Cons

      Workflow processes can be a little inconsistent, but it's being actively addressed through improvement roadmaps.

      Pros

      Culture is deeply rooted in its mission and values, and as a certified B corp priorities are focused on delivering positive impact to customers/commmunity/employees, not just creating shareholder value.

      Cons

      Growing pains of a small tech company, such as lack of norms for cross-team collaboration or proving the business value proposition. Those are all in the process of being built though.

      Pros

      The organization prides itself on "focus time," giving everyone the opportunity to work in an uninterrupted fashion. This means a limited number of meetings, and the ones we do have are high impact. Big list of pros but a few are: - Very thoughtful design and decision making processes - High quality software is the rule instead of the exception, first time I've been given the space to write great tests and documentation - A ton of vacations, great out-of-office policy, and benefits

      Cons

      Very few cons, but RStudio is remote-first so that can be a big drawback for folks that want to work in an office.
