Pros

Flexible Schedule, RBT Training, Good Pay

Cons

Response time from RegCo and office staff was never timely and led to frustrated parents and staff, which eventually led to those cases going elsewhere. Lack of follow through from senior BCBA's when analysts asked for support. Different messages. Definitely a clique, so if you are not part of that, opportunities are limited.

Thank you for your feedback! I am glad that you enjoyed the flexibility, training, and competitive pay rates that working with PBS provides. On behalf of our leadership at Positive Behavior Supports, I am very sorry to hear about some of the reported issues you have experienced! We want our regional leaders to be available to provide as much support and collaboration as is needed by a team member, and we certainly want a sense of community and teamwork fostered in every single region we serve. - Amanda Thacker, Recruitment Manager

Pros

Positive work environment - Very supportive , friendly, and understanding team. They emphasize allowing you to have a balance between your work and life, and are very fair (and competitive) with how they pay their contractors/employees. The CEO is incredibly down to earth and he is a behavior analyst himself so he knows the field inside and out (not just from a business / money stance). Really, nothing but good things to say.

Cons

As an analyst or rbt, you are a contractor so you have to be pro-active about scheduling with your clients, and having back-up plans if your client cancels (and also setting clear expectations and boundaries with your clients to limit cancellations). I consider myself a outgoing and proactive clinician so cancellations didn't impact me much.
