Great Place to Work

Pros

PBS has a supportive leadership team, great RBTs and BCBAs to work with, and ethical guidelines are abided by. They have a great mentorship program for those seeking BCaBA or BCBA certification and tons of free CEUs for those already certified.

Cons

You have to commit to a high billable requirement and large case load for a good salary. Drive time isn’t considered, extenuating circumstances are not considered, and admin time does not exist.

Pros

I have been working at PBS for some time now, and it’s truly an incredible place to grow both professionally and personally. The team is genuinely supportive and collaborates to find the best solutions for the clients we serve. I never feel alone when facing challenges because my colleagues and leadership team are always willing to help. PBS is deeply committed to clinical excellence, ensuring that staff have access to high-quality training and ongoing professional development opportunities. I’ve been able to expand my skill set and feel confident in my clinical decisions, knowing I have a knowledgeable team behind me. One of the standout aspects of working at PBS is the flexibility. They understand the importance of work-life balance, which has allowed me to be present for my family while also pursuing my career goals. If you're looking for a place that values teamwork, supports your professional growth, and offers the flexibility you need, PBS is the place to be!

Cons

With the company’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, it does take time to learn and become fluent with all the tools that are always evolving.
